I’m sure you’re asking yourself what I’m doing suddenly talking about how to lose weight fast. It all started because a few days ago I had a rare opportunity to climb once of those steep wheelchair ramps, and it did me in. By the time I reached the top, I was sweating profusely, wheezing, my skin was hot, and I felt like I would die. I excused myself and went into the bathroom, splashed some cold water in my face, and gazed up into the mirror, and then it hit me: I needed to lose weight fast.
In some ways, I’m starting to feel like I’ve turned into my father. He was an enormously obese guy, with a warm sense of humor and a devout, pragmatic outlook on life. But boy, he was large. And now I’m growing big as well. Don’t misunderstand, I love my pops, but I sure want to keep myself from topping 250 pounds. Because once you get that far along, there’s hardly any going back.
So I’ve been researching how to lose weight very fast. My wife is on board with me now, telling me that she has been thinking about losing weight too, which should definitely make it easier to succeed on whichever diet program we end up with. There’s an almost unmanageable quantity of different opinions on weight loss out there
I’ll keep you guys apprised of how well the weight loss program turns out for us. I know losing weight isn’t going to be easy, but it’s what has to happen as far as I can tell, so I’m really going to be working hard to understand how to lose weight fast.
