You should hope that some of their dads coached their teams, and played them at the same level, and, what is more important, without moving them up to a more competitive level. Another interesting fact that as they grow to be teenagers, there will be one house where they will meet most at, because that house will have plenty of soda and pizza on Fridays. Furthermore, they will grow up attending each others birthday parties, bat mitzvahs, confirmations and also other holiday celebrations. It comes as no surprise that hanging out together they will learn what makes each other tick. They will also celebrate, if we are making a closer investigation of this problem, when one of their fellow players is recognized for his or her achievements in sports or academics.

You should also know, another way of developing amicable relations among older players is to socialize more as a team together. To the best of our knowledge, this will relate to better communication and trust on the field. In addition, the more wins that you get, the more you will see their confidence develop on the field.

It is not surprising that you will see the difference in their talk, their walk and most important of all, their attitude. No doubt, this will get you what you originally set out to accomplish, which was team chemistry. You need also to be aware of that that these same players will respect the coaches and their staff, because of the time and effort that the staff put into teaching them to be winners. It isn’t true that a coach and a manager is the same person. But I was wrong, the thing is that a coach cant be a manager and there are may reasons for this. It’ll be good to to split the main differences into three groups: career, team and culture.

Firstly the career of a sport-professional and the career of a business professional are going into opposite directions. The first straggles for the sport successes the other straggles for for money and other benefits. Although these two careers can be compare, both of them metaphorically show us the mountain-climbing expedition. Not taking this fact into consideration both careers are two different things.

It’s a fact that a professional career has the goal to offering a productive solution in a business. There’s no doubt that being a good sportsman or coach as well as being a successful businessman is really hard. But these hardships are of different nature.

I assume, you understand that the diversity of a professional career requires a complete different management approach. It’s clearly seen with the help of the personal performance indicator. We see if the person is succeeding in sport looking at the score of the team and his stake in this. Whether the sportsman is giving the right pass, scoring, is good at defense and so on. On the other hand we can see if the person is succeeding in business according to the business environment the expert is working in.

The next stepthe fact that team characteristics of a person in sport and on the other side person in business are completely different. Though different kinds of sports require similar professionals. The things are really different in sports. For example a sales team, production team or one focused on training and education in human resources, are not similar.

And what is interesting, in some cases it is possible that a manager look similar to that of a coach! As it goes in a sales environment where scoring a close is similar to scoring a goal. On the other hand in an educational environment where a trainer is presenting a course. There’s a fact that managing a group of trainers is not the same as managing a sport steam of players.

The last thing where sports and business each have their unique features is an organizational culture. It’s widely known the culture of soccer as an international culture. In soccer players are often transferred over teams.

It’s true that business has its own culture as well as unique cultural differences. Though this differences are more complex. Just imagine what would happened if on one filed several teams played soccer, basket and handball, it sounds crazy. But in business such things takes place every day in the field of one business corporation. This is much more complicated than the culture of a sports club.

What I’m trying to say it’s next to impossible for one person to be successful in such different fields as coaching and managing the team.
